Tom methodically tracked down and electrical issue on my Mercedes, got it right and fixed it. These guys are good, fast and way more reasonably priced than the dealer. I've had several discussions with Tom, one of the owners, about heavy steering on my 2004 G35 Infiniti, and he not only did a lot of research on the issue, but he was honest with me, letting me know that the issue was likely caused by one of three things. We've tackled the first, most likely cause, but will now move on to the second and potentially third cause. I appreciate his upfront honestly and willingness to go through a process of elimination, which will likely save me a lot of money in the long run.

I was having cooling issues with my Lincoln LS, so I had taken it to the Lincoln Dealership in Wichita. Upon them reviewing the vehicle they determined the the coolant reservoir had holes in it and wanted $700 to replace it. This was also with the understanding of it could possibly not fix the cooling issue, just that it needed to be replaced before they would check further. Upon calling around I located Luxury Import Auto Repair Specialists who quoted me $325 for a genuine Lincoln part installed. Of course the choice was obvious and I transferred the vehicle to them for the repair. Once the repair was complete they located a faulty thermostat as the root issue. I highly recommend this business for their PRICE, SERVICE and TIMELY REPAIR.

Got over 5 quotes and they were as high as $2300 and the lowest was $1700 to get my air conditioner fixed in Texas so I had my Dad call his guy in Kansas and I am so glad I did! Well worth my drive of 5 hours and they did it for less than half of the price I was quoted in Texas and the customer service was amazing. Dana himself even worked late on a Friday to get the job done. Thanks again guys I will be back and telling my friends in Kansas about you guys :)
